Andrea is the founder and principal of Limitless Growth Partners, a coaching, women’s leadership & culture advisory firm that partners with organizations to unlock limitless growth in their people and culture, empowering them to achieve and become their highest aspirations, and live their purpose.
Andrea is a people first and purpose driven executive, having held senior Human Resources roles at Signature Vacations, Constellation Brands, REVLON, Arterra Wines Canada, and NVA Canada. She has successfully scaled organizations, led change, shaped and evolved culture, and is known for developing next generation talent. Andrea’s motivation and passion is to work with teams and individuals to support their journey to being the best version of themselves they aspire to be.
Andrea has delivered short and long-term value creation in global, multi-national and Canadian organizations, across diverse industry sectors, and has led complex business transformation, both in startup and well established environments. Her experience spans publicly traded, private equity and family run companies. She has optimized organizations through aligning structure, people and ways of working, including building and modernizing people and culture teams to deliver fit for purpose solutions aligned to business strategy and to drive growth.
Known for her empathy, courage, and integrity, she builds trust and connections across all organizational levels. As a coach and confidant to peers, leadership teams, CEOs, and Boards, she partners with them to shape business strategy and accelerate growth.
