Professional Background
Dany brings over 25 years of senior human resources and organizational leadership development experience, working with and coaching executives and organizations across a diverse range of industries in the corporate and consulting sectors, both nationally and internationally.
She has worked for major global companies in manufacturing and distribution, in the pharmaceutical, aerospace and aviation sectors, such as Glaxo Wellcome, Air Canada, Novartis, McKesson Canada, and CAE. She has also worked as a management consultant with Deloitte in their change leadership practice for Clients such as Pratt & Whitney, Bell, CN, and US Surgical.
Most recently, she founded an executive coaching and talent consulting practice, in parallel to launching a startup. Working with Executive Teams and Senior Management Teams, Dany has established and led talent, culture and diversity, organizational and leadership development functions at the national and global level, in alignment with business strategy to optimize human resources management and development and drive growth. She has led global leadership programs, HR systems implementations, and change management during major technology implementations, organizational and cultural transformations, and acquisitions.
Specializing in executive coaching, strategic talent management and culture transformation, Dany dedicates herself to help global Executives, teams and organizations transform, grow, and generate success. She facilitates transitions, focuses on increasing agility and delivering tangible results that lead to individual and organizational transformation, business success and growth.
She works co-creatively with Executives to understand their needs, orient their efforts on results and coach them to foster agility in the areas of leadership transition and development, succession planning, talent management, transformation and change management, and Executive alignment & team performance.
